How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Include photos of affected items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Full refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Partial refunds for specific items are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Store credit options are available for immediate use

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based orders:

  • Cancel anytime up to 5 days before your next scheduled delivery
  • No cancellation fees or hidden charges
  • Unused subscription payments will be refunded to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items
