Account & billing

Is JustCook a subscription service?

Yes. You’ll receive a weekly box by default, but you can pause, skip, or cancel any week before Wednesday midnight—no lock-in contracts.

How do I pause my deliveries?

Log into your account, head to “Deliveries”, and choose the weeks you want to skip. You can also pause indefinitely and resume whenever you’re ready.

Can I change plans or serving sizes?

Absolutely. Update servings and number of recipes from your subscription dashboard and changes will apply to the next open delivery window.

How do I cancel?

We’d hate to see you go. If you must, select “Pause” and set it to 0 weeks or contact our support team for help cancelling permanently.

Food & recipes

Can I choose the recipes I receive?

Yes. Select from 50+ weekly dishes or let our chefs choose for you. You can mix and match cuisines, dietary preferences, and serving sizes.

How long do recipes take?

Most dishes are ready in 25–30 minutes. Look for the “Quick Cook” badge for meals that fit tight weeknight schedules.

Do I need ingredients at home?

Just the basics—salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We provide pre-measured spices, sauces, and garnishes so nothing goes to waste.

Are ingredients organic?

We prioritise freshness, sustainability, and local partnerships. Where available, we source organic produce and highlight it on the recipe card.

Do you cater for dietary needs?

Vegetarian, pescatarian, low-carb, and calorie-conscious menus are featured weekly. All ingredients are packed separately so you can omit allergens easily.
