Our services are exclusively available within the United Arab Emirates, focusing primarily on Dubai and its surrounding areas. Please refer to our website for a detailed list of all the areas we serve.

Our services are available to users who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Users must have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or a valid Apple Pay account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

We accept various payment methods, including Credit and Debit Cards, and Apple Pay. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We employ robust encryption technologies to ensure the security of your financial information.

• Order Placement: Orders must align with our weekly delivery schedule.
• Cancellations: Eligible for a full refund if canceled before 23:59 PM every Wednesday. Post this time, a 12-hour grace period is provided where cancellations will result in a credit to the customer's account.
• No Refunds or Credits: Beyond the 12-hour grace period, we do not offer refunds or credits.
• Amendments to Orders: Any changes to orders must be made within the stipulated cancellation period.

We encourage users to submit content such as reviews and ratings. By posting, you grant JustCook.ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
