    Preheat oven to 200°.

  • 0.5 min

    Mince the garlic and divide into halves.

  • 2.5 min

    Chop ends off the green beans.

  • 3.5 min

    Grate the parmesan and chop up mozzarella cheese.

  • 5.0 min

    Place green beans into a shallow baking dish or skillet.

  • 5.5 min

    Pour cream, lemon juice and scatter garlic over the beans.

    Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

    Place in oven and bake until beans are tender and cheese is melted. Approximately 15-20 minutes.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1/2 of the butter.

    Add chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Cook until golden, approximately 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

    Add remaining butter to skillet.

    Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Approximately 1 minute.

    Add the peri peri sauce.

    Slice the cheddar into thick slices.

    Return chicken to skillet, toss in the sauce and top with cheese slices.

    Simmer for 2-3 mins

    Remove from heat and serve on a plate with the sauce.

    Carefully remove beans from oven and serve aside the chicken.

    Garnish with chopped spring onion.

This was SO good. Great amount of heat, cheesy. Just yum! However they gave me buffalo mozzarella and I think it was supposed to be regular, as it wasn't really grateable, still turned out great!
