In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, heat half of the olive oil

Thinly slice the steak against the grain and season with pepper.

Using a garlic press, mince the garlic or finely chop

Return beef to original pan, along with any juices, and heat until just cooked through. Approximately 1 minute. Drizzle the sesame oil for aroma.
