    In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, heat half of the olive oil

  • 0.5 min

    Thinly slice the steak against the grain and season with pepper.

    Using a garlic press, mince the garlic or finely chop

    Add Steak to the skillet and sear until golden, about 3 minutes.

    Grate the ginger.

    Grate the cauliflower into cauliflower rice

    Remove the beef from the heat and transfer to a plate.

    Reduce heat to medium and add stock, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.

    Add the garlic and ginger and stir through

    Add broccoli and let simmer until broccoli is cooked though and sauce is reduced by half. Approximately 5 minutes

    In another skillet over medium heat, heat remaining oil.

    Add the cauliflower to the skillet stirring occasionally, cook until slightly golden. Approximately 4 mins.

    Return beef to original pan, along with any juices, and heat until just cooked through. Approximately 1 minute. Drizzle the sesame oil for aroma.

  • 12.0 min

    Remove both skillets from heat and serve the beef steak and broccoli atop of the cauliflower rice.
