Preheat the oven to 200C.

Chop the potato into thin wedges.

Place the potato on a baking tray. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the potato in the oven and roast until softened and easily pierced with a fork.

Season the filet steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a bowl, mix together the wasabi paste and horseradish sauce.
