    Thinly slice the red onion, red cabbage and capsicum.

    Peel the skin off the carrot and dispose. Continue to use the peeler to create long thin noodle like strips of carrot.

    Slice the spring onion across a diagonal.

    In a bowl, mix together the honey, sriracha sauce, miso paste and worcestershire sauce.

    Slice the mushrooms.

    Heat a wok over high heat and add the olive oil.

    Add the red onion, red cabbage and capsicum to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes or until starting to become tender.

    Thinly slice the steak.

  • 17.0 min

    Add the broccoli, carrot and mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

  • 20.0 min

    Add the steak to the wok and stir fry until browned all over.

  • 22.0 min

    Stir through the sauce.

  • 24.0 min

    Distribute the stir fry among serving plates.

  • 26.0 min

    Garnish with the spring onion.
