Preheat the oven to 200C.

Wash the sweet potato and then thinly slice into thin rounds.

Arrange the sweet potato on a prepared baking tray and season with salt and pepper.

Mix together in a bowl, the chilli powder (to taste), garlic and onion powder and paprika.
