Preheat the oven to 150C.

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.

Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the olive oil in frying pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, cherry tomatoes and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.
