Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.

Preheat the oven 180C.

Peel and chop the potato.

Add the potato to the boiling water and cook until tender and easily pierced with a fork (15-20mins).

Roughly chop the walnuts.

Trim the green beans.

In a bowl mix together the paprika, brown sugar, walnuts, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.

Add the salmon skin side down and sear until skin is nice and crisp.

Remove the salmon from the pan and transfer to a baking tray.

Top the salmon with the maple walnut mixture and place in the oven (10mins).

Wipe the frying pan and melt half the butter.

Add the green beans, season with salt and pepper and cook until the skin starts to blister.

Drain the potatoes when tender and then return to the pan over low heat.
