Prepare your ingredients by measuring out the gnocchi, baby spinach, dried cranberries, cream cheese, nutmeg, and Parmesan cheese. Keep olive oil handy for cooking.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi is golden and slightly crispy.
