Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Mince the garlic, dividing it in half for use in both the beans and the chicken preparation.

Prepare the green beans by chopping off the ends, then grate the parmesan and chop up the mozzarella cheese. Place the green beans in a shallow baking dish or skillet.

Pour cream over the green beans, add lemon juice, and scatter one half of the minced garlic over the beans. Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.

Sprinkle the green beans with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then bake in the preheated oven until the beans are tender and the cheese is melted, approximately 15-20 minutes.

While the beans are baking, heat half of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

Add the remaining butter to the skillet, then add the remaining minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the peri peri sauce.

Return the chicken to the skillet, toss it in the sauce, and top each piece with thick slices of cheddar cheese. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the flavors to combine.

This was SO good. Great amount of heat, cheesy. Just yum! However they gave me buffalo mozzarella and I think it was supposed to be regular, as it wasn't really grateable, still turned out great!
