This delicious Philly cheesesteak casserole is a low carb casserole dish that is full of flavor. Beef, capsicum, onions, and plenty of cheese make this casserole hearty and filling.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). In a large skillet, heat half of the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula and stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Chop the onion in half and thinly slice. Chop the capsicum into thin slices. Add the capsicum and onions to the skillet with the beef.
