  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). In a large skillet, heat half of the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula and stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

    Chop the onion in half and thinly slice. Chop the capsicum into thin slices. Add the capsicum and onions to the skillet with the beef.

    Season the beef and vegetable mixture with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Sauté for 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

    Add the cream cheese and beef stock to the skillet. Stir together until smooth and melted. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a large baking dish or tray.

    Slice or grate the provolone cheese. Arrange the provolone slices on top of the beef mixture in the baking dish, overlapping slightly or grate covering the entire mixture.

    Cream Cheese

    Beef Stock

    combine each stock cube with 450-500ml of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Use 20ml of beef stock per person

    Provolone Cheese

    Sliced or grated

    Olive Oil

    Use 1 tablespoon of oil per person

Really easy to cook but not very filling. There are 0 carbs and there needs to be more of it to be filling for 2 people
