These vegetarian sausages for what they lack in meat make up in flavour. Packed full of leek, cheese and breadcrumbs they are certainly no health food but you won't mind once you taste them!

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.

Thinly slice the leeks.

Dip the prepared glamorgan sausages quickly into the egg mixture and then roll in the dried breadcrumbs to evenly coat.

In a frying pan heat the olive oil over high heat.
