    Preheat the oven to 175º.

    In a large skillet heat 1/2 of the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

    Break up with a spatula and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

    Chop the onion in half and thinly slice.

    Chop the capsicum into thin slices.

    Add the capsicum and onions to the skillet.

    Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Saute for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are soft.

    Slice or grate the provolone cheese.

    Add the cream cheese and beef stock. Stir together until smooth and melted.

    Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a large baking dish or tray.

Really easy to cook but not very filling. There are 0 carbs and there needs to be more of it to be filling for 2 people
