This delicious Philly cheesesteak casserole is a low carb casserole dish that is full of flavor. Beef, capsicum, onions, and plenty of cheese make this casserole hearty and filling.

Preheat the oven to 175º.

In a large skillet heat 1/2 of the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Break up with a spatula and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Chop the onion in half and thinly slice.

Chop the capsicum into thin slices.

Add the capsicum and onions to the skillet.

Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Saute for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
