    Mix together in a bowl the worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, five spice and 1/3 of the honey.

    Slice the mushrooms.

    Julienne the carrot and capsicum.

    Halve and juice the lemon, reserving the correct amount.
